As a licensed Smartsheet System Admin, you can now pause or archive any Data Shuttle workflow in your organization; we have implemented notifications to alert workflow owners when these actions have been performed.
For any workflows you own, you will be alerted both via email and a message in the Smartsheet notification center when a System Administrator has paused, resumed, archived, deleted, or restored one of your workflows. Learn More
